About Me

I am a PhD candidate in Political Science at Stanford University. I study how Americans think about democracy in an era of polarized politics and how presidents influence conceptions of democratic norms. This fall, I will be an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Brigham Young University.

Broadly, my research interests include survey methodology, experimental methods, presidential influence, voter behavior, presidential elections, and gender and politics. I graduated from Brigham Young University with a BA in Political Science.

On the side, I love tennis, Crossfit, Sprinkles cupcakes, and dark chocolate.
